i found this task was very complicated and there was lots of steps that we had to do to complete it.
i didnt realy have a favourite thing about this :D

PNG- Portable Network Graphics. This image format employs lossless data compression. PNG was created to improve and replace GIF as an image file.

JPEG- Named after the Joint Photographic Experts Group who created it. This method is commonly used for compressing photographic images.

GIF- Graphics Information Format. This is a graphic file format which is common in the internet. These files can also be in animated.

The term Lossy is a method when you compress data and then decompress it into data that is different from the original but close enough to be useful in some way. It reduces the amount of information :)
